1. Meeting called to order by Michelle Maloney at 6:30 PM
2. Minutes of the previous meeting approved unanimously on a motion by Mark Seaman, seconded by Cilla Hammer.

      1. Steve Eells is now on State Referee Committee for Dist 3
      2. Info on recert clinics will be on the web soon
      3. We have had a good representation of local refs on various State Cup (M, W, Coed) crews.

   1. Web site.
      1. Chris Rake has been selected to run the site. He is looking for feedback and content.
