MINUTES OF CASRA MEETING
November 4, 2002 - MURCHISON

1. Meeting was called to order by Mark Elbom at 6:30pm.
2. Minutes of the previous meeting
   1. These are now available with the emailed Good Call!
   2. Approved unanimously on a motion by Bill Johnson,
      seconded by Larry Fox.
3. Reports
   1. Vice President Michelle Maloney:
      1. HS registration meeting after tonight's CASRA meeting.
      2. Events around NCAA Women's Final Four (at UT) 12/6 - 8.
         • Coaches classic will be that weekend.
         • USSF clinic, "Officiating the Women's Game," 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on
           Sat. Dec. 7. This will feature US Female FIFA refs, some of whom will be
           working the games. This was a very successful clinic last year in
           Dallas, and it aimed at all level refs.
   2. Treasurer Dana Brown:
      1. Checking balance is now $2106.98.

5. New Business
   1. Nomination for President:
      1. New officer to start January 01, 2003.
      2. Election will take place at December meeting.
      3. If a current officer is elected, there would have to be another
         election to fill that vacancy.
      4. Nominations were opened by Mark Elbom.
      5. Mark Trostle nominated Michelle Maloney.
      6. Nominations were closed on a motion by Les Rice, seconded by Pete
         Reilly, and passed unanimousl
