MINUTES OF CASRA MEETING
December 1, 2003

1. Call to order by Michelle Maloney at 6:30 PM.
2. Review and approval of previous meeting minutes as posted on the web and in "The Good Call.. Motion to approve the minutes from John Smith (2nd Chris Rake). Unanimously approved.
3. Reports
   1. President (Michelle Maloney):
      1. Introduction of visitors
      2. Members should be thinking about additional services CASRA can provide.
      3. Referees must have Kidsafe passes to do youth playoff games
      4. 07 Upgrade, Feb. 21, 2004 , register with Michelle
   2. Vice President (Michael Day):
      1. Draft Constitution and ByLaws will be posted on website
   3. Treasurer (Dana Brown): - No Report
   4. Secretary (Marc Kutner): - No Report
   5. Web Master (Chris Rake)
      1. Members should use the sign up sheet to select format for membership card (wallet or bag tag), and order CASRA T shirts for $10/each.
   6. SRC Rep (Steve Eells)
      1. Separation from the old TSSAS is now complete. SRC is Randy Francis; SYC is Sergio Vega.
4. Old Business - None
5. New Business - Art Barrow suggested using our website for a ìswap and shopî for members.

7. A motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 by John Smith (2nd Janice Taylor) for one hour of training by Steve Eells on Game Management.
