OF CASRA MEETING
January 6, 2003 - MURCHISON
- Meeting
called to order by Mark Elbom - Introduced
Michelle Maloney as the new President.
- Minutes
form the December meeting were read,
motion to accept by John Smith, seconded
by Larry Fox.
- Reports
- Treasurer
reported balance of 1821.31
- No
other reports
- Mark
Elbom mentioned that the Women's League
was starting up on 1/12, if interested
in doing Women League games, please
contact Mark.
Mark also mentioned that a Co-Ed league
was starting games on Saturday's commencing
1/25. Contact Mike Pratt 799-5296. Single
Ref's pay is $40.
- Georgetown
is hosting two upcoming tournaments
1/15-16 Girls U11-U14 120 games
1/22-23 Boys U11-U14 150 games
Contact Jack McHorse if interested.
- Just
a reminder, once you have issued a player
a caution, it's a caution and must be
recorded. You cannot take back a card
once given.
- Uniforms
- sleeves must be down, shirts must
be tucked in.
- The
CAYSA office was recently destroyed
my a tornado. Donations will be graciously
accepted by Cilla Hammer up to the end
of the month. Please make out all checks
to CAYSA.
- Out
of State Events. Michelle mentioned
that she did the Sun Bowl tournament
in Fl. in Dec. There was also a IMG
coaches camp in FL where the U15-17
Finnish teams competed.

of Editor of the Good Call. Please make
sure we have you current email address
so you can receive your next copy. Franks

- Don
Friedel is working on a project for
Michelle where he will be creating awards
that will be handed out at the end of
the year. If you have an award category,
from serious to humorous, please let
Don know. Additionally, if you would
like to nominate someone for one of
these awards, Don would be pleased to
accept nominations. Some examples mentioned

election for Vice President was
held. Nominations and voting as
follows:
Mike Day - 18 votes
John Jones - 14 votes
Dave Robertson - 11 votes
Sue Cicchinelli - 8 votes
