On July 6, 2002, CASRA online was officially launched as the on-line resource for Central Texas referees. The web site offers a wide range of content including:

• CASRA meeting minutes and schedule
• Detailed list of local area soccer clubs and associated fields
• Up-to-date list of area assignors
• Training material including information on assesments and classes
• Discussion of solutions to various situations referees have faced
• Access to experienced area referees for support and mentoring
• Links to area and national organizations
