(CASRA) National Emeritus Referee Gil Weber recently visited Austin to join the Austin Labor Day Cup as both instructor and as a referee. His well-attended clinic held the night prior to the tournament covered a wide range of topics including the recent rule changes regarding player equipment, mandatory cautions, the World Cup, and even some soccer humor.
