(From Chris NG/CTISOA)

If you are interested in officiating college soccer for the 2003 season, first visit the NISOA website to familiar yourself with the NISOA New Member Registration Procedures. Then continue reading.

The Central Texas Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (CTISOA) is the Austin local chapter for NISOA.

CTISOA Board Members are:

John Lohr - Member Representative (jllohr@yahoo.com)

  1. Have all three letters of recommendation submitted to the President (e-mail is best).
  2. Fill out and submit the "New Candidate Membership Application Form" with a $90 application fee to CTISOA for consideration. CTISOA reserves its right to decline rendering invitation to anapplicant even with all three letters of recommendation. Once thechapter accepted the application, the $90 application fee becomes non-refundable.
  3. Complete all other requirements within six months (dead line is Aug 31st, 2003).

CTISOA will be scheduling a New Members clinic in March 2003 when the written examination and physical test will be conducted. Tentative clinic date is March 23, 2003.

It is recommended that applicants should start the process and get assessments done as early as possible starting Jan 1, 2003 so that they would be ready for the 2003 season which starts in August.

When all requirements are met applicants should pay the rest of the fees (Referee kit and local chapter due). Application will then be forwarded to national office.
