Clinics

If you are looking for referee clincs, go to the STSR website or the clinic registration site www.stsrref.org for information on clinics held throughout central Texas. Note that if you are 18 or older , you will also need to obtain a KIDSAFE pass by registering through a youth soccer association that you are affilitiated with, or if unaffiliated directly through STSR through their website: www.stsr.org

ENTRY LEVEL Clinics


Grade 9 Recreational Referee Clinics are typically for the younger students (recommended 12 to 14), or for those who have never played soccer before. It consists of a 1 day (8 hour) class and a 50 question test. You will be able to Center up to U14 Recreational Youth Matches, and be Assistant Referee on all U14 and younger youth matches. After successful completion you receive a Blue badge.

Grade 8 Entry Level Clinics are typically for the older students (14 and older), or for those who have played soccer and are very familiar with the Laws of the Game. It consists of a 2 day (16 hour) class and a 100 question test. After successful completion you receive a black badge.

To register for a Grade 8 or Grade 9 Entry Level Clinic, go to the STSR Refs website (www.stsrref.org) select COURSES, then select clinic type, select from the available clinic list, fill in your information and press SUBMIT. You can pay using PAYPAL or send a check as indicated.

RECERTIFICATION OR BRIDGE CLINICS

To register for Recertification or Bridge Clinics, go to the STSR Refs website select COURSES, then select clinic type, select from the available clinic list, fill in your current USSF ID or your unique number (as a SS #) and press SUBMIT. You can pay using PAYPAL or send a check as indicated. If you do not know your unique number or your USSF ID, send an email to your District (3) Director of Instruction:

He will then email you your USSF ID and your unique id that you can use in place of the SS#. We no longer use SS# for security reasons.
